1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RESET mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use RESET. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password associated with your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

The Service allows you to post, upload, and share content including check-ins, progress photos, notes, and comments ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By posting User Content on the Service, you grant RESET a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and providing the Service to you and other users according to your privacy settings.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Community Guidelines

RESET is built on mutual accountability and respect. By using the Service, you agree to:

Treat all community members with dignity and respect.
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory behavior of any kind.
Not post spam, advertisements, or misleading content.
Not impersonate another person or entity.
Not attempt to manipulate streaks, points, or challenges through fraudulent means.
Report any violations of these guidelines to our support team.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

RESET offers optional paid subscriptions ("Reset Pro") that provide access to premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store or payment platform through which the purchase was made. Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment granting perpetual access to Pro features for the duration of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RESET and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RESET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

RESET is a habit-tracking and accountability tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or health advice. Always consult qualified professionals before starting any wellness, fitness, or health program.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESET, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
